SOPAGA is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects customers with independent Christian-owned businesses ("Vendors"). In order to process and fulfill your orders, certain personal information must be shared with the Vendor(s) from whom you purchase products.

Information Shared with Vendors

When you place an order, SOPAGA may provide the applicable Vendor with information necessary to fulfill your purchase, including:

  • Shipping address
  • Billing address (when necessary)

  • Telephone number (if provided)
  • Order details, including products purchased, quantities, and order notes
  • Shipping preferences and delivery instructions, if applicable

Vendors receive only the information reasonably necessary to process, fulfill, ship, and support your order.

How Vendors May Use Your Information

Vendors may use your information only for legitimate business purposes related to your purchase, including:

Vendor Privacy Practices

Each Vendor operates as an independent business and is responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws. While SOPAGA requires Vendors to protect customer information, SOPAGA is not responsible for a Vendor's independent privacy practices or actions after information has been shared for order fulfillment.

Third-Party Service Providers

SOPAGA and its Vendors may also use trusted third-party service providers, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and email or customer service platforms, to complete your transaction. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their services.
