1. Overview
SOPAGA partners with multiple Christian makers and small business owners to deliver a variety of products. Each order may ship from different vendors, so delivery times may vary.
We strive to ensure that every package arrives safely, promptly, and with care.

2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Custom or handmade items may require additional time.

Each vendor lists their estimated processing time on their product page.
If your order contains products from multiple vendors, they may arrive in separate shipments.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on location, product weight, and vendor settings.

Sopaga and its sellers may occasionally offer free shipping promotions.

Expedited shipping may be available for certain items at an additional cost.
All orders include a tracking number once shipped.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

U.S. Domestic Orders: 3–10 business days

International Orders (if available): 10–21 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
5. Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx, though each vendor may select the best carrier for their location and product type.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view shipping updates by logging into your SOPAGA account.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or delayed:

Contact the shipping carrier first for the most accurate status.

Sopaga and its vendors are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.
8. Damaged Packages
If an item arrives damaged:

Please contact info@sopaga.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We’ll coordinate with the vendor to replace or refund as appropriate.
9. International Shipping (Optional)
If Sopaga expands internationally:

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Some vendors may not ship outside the U.S.
