SOPAGA Return & Refund Policy

1. Our Promise

SOPAGA is a faith-driven marketplace built on integrity and care. We want every customer to be completely satisfied with the products purchased from our platform. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right in a fair and transparent way.

2. Return Window

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Some items may have unique return rules (see Section 5 below).


3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@sopaga.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll review the request and connect you with the correct vendor if it’s a vendor-fulfilled product.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label or vendor address (depending on the product).


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Processing times: 5–7 business days after receipt.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or error.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety or custom reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personal-care, food, or beauty items that have been opened.

  • Digital downloads or gift cards.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund review.


6. Vendor-Specific Policies

Because SOPAGA is a multi-vendor marketplace, some sellers may offer their own return policies that meet or exceed this standard.

  • All vendors agree to honor at least the 14-day minimum window.

  • SOPAGA reserves the right to step in and mediate any disputes.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a new order after the return of the original item.


8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
