Seller Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SOPAGA's seller program. By applying to become a founding seller, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose and Mission

SOPAGA exists to create a safe, faith-based marketplace for Christian-owned businesses and faith-driven entrepreneurs to sell their products and share their gifts with the world. Sellers agree to uphold SOPAGA’s mission, values, and Christ-centered principles in all business interactions and product listings.

2. Seller Eligibility & Requirements

To sell on SOPAGA, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older and operate a legally registered business or sole proprietorship.

  • Agree to uphold Christian ethics and values in your products, conduct, and communication.

  • Provide accurate business and tax information (including EIN or applicable ID if required).

  • Maintain current contact information, inventory, and shipping capabilities.

  • Ensure all products comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

SOPAGA reserves the right to verify information and approve, deny, or remove any Seller that does not align with its mission or standards.

3. Seller Tiers & Fees

Sellers may choose from one of three tiers. Detailed tier descriptions are outlined on the SOPAGA website and are incorporated here by reference.

 Founding Seller

  • Limited to the first 56 approved Sellers.

  • First 12 Founding Sellers: Receive 90% of their own sales revenue, with SOPAGA retaining 10% as the platform commission. No monthly fees for life.

  • Next 44 Founding Sellers: Receive 90% of their own sales revenue, with SOPAGA retaining 10%; pay $15/month (or prepay $180 annually to lock that rate for life).

  • Each Founding Seller earns a 10% lifetime affiliate commission on sales made through their personal referral link.

  • Status and benefits are non-transferable.

 Standard Seller

  • 85% of each Seller’s own sales revenue is paid to the Seller; 15% retained by SOPAGA.

  • $25/month or $250/year.

 Premium Seller

  • 85% of each Seller’s own sales revenue is paid to the Seller; 15% retained by SOPAGA.

  • $39/month or $390/year.

  • Includes promotional visibility, advanced analytics, and priority placement.

SOPAGA may modify future pricing or tier structures as needed. Founding Seller lifetime terms are permanent once accepted and paid

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree to:

  • List accurate and complete product information (photos, pricing, descriptions).

  • Fulfill orders promptly and ship within advertised time frames.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.

  • Avoid misleading, deceptive, or unethical business practices.

  • Keep inventory accurate and updated.

  • Comply with all applicable tax, labeling, and consumer laws.

  • Represent SOPAGA and the Christian community with integrity and professionalism.

5. Product Standards & Restrictions

Products must reflect SOPAGA’s mission of excellence and integrity. Prohibited items include:

  • Obscene, explicit, or offensive materials.

  • Items promoting violence or discrimination.

  • Counterfeit, stolen, or copyright-infringing goods.

  • Products with false medical claims.

  • Items that contradict biblical values or SOPAGA’s Statement of Faith.

SOPAGA may remove any product or Seller violating these standards.

6. Commission, Fees and Payments

  • SOPAGA retains the commission percentage outlined by each Seller Tier.

  • Sellers receive payment for their own completed orders through approved payout systems (e.g., Stripe Connect and/or PayPal).

  • Sellers are responsible for all applicable taxes.

  • Fees are non-refundable except where prohibited by law.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Customer Disputes

Each Seller must maintain a clear return policy visible on their storefront. Minimum requirements:

  • Respond to customer issues within 3 business days.

  • Provide refunds or replacements for defective or misrepresented items.

  • Follow SOPAGA’s dispute resolution process for unresolved claims.

If a Seller fails to respond, SOPAGA may resolve the claim and deduct the amount from future payouts.

8. Termination or Suspension

SOPAGA may suspend or terminate a Seller for:

  • Policy violations or fraud.

  • Failure to fulfill orders or maintain quality standards.

  • Non-payment of fees.

  • Conduct that damages SOPAGA’s brand or Christian mission.

Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain due. Founding Seller benefits are forfeited if termination occurs for cause.

9. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their content but grant SOPAGA a non-exclusive license to display and promote their listings on the platform and SOPAGA marketing channels.

10. Limitation of Liability

SOPAGA is not liable for lost sales, product issues, or damages resulting from Seller conduct or customer misuse. Sellers agree to indemnify and hold SOPAGA harmless from any claims arising out of their listings, products, or business activities.

11. Faith & Conduct

All Sellers agree to operate with biblical integrity, love, and respect toward others. SOPAGA is a Christ-centered community and reserves the right to remove content or Sellers who act contrary to these principles.

12. Modifications

SOPAGA may update these Terms periodically. Sellers will be notified of material changes via email or dashboard notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Agreement

By applying to become a Seller on SOPAGA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the fee structure for your chosen tier, and that you will conduct your business in alignment with SOPAGA’s Christian mission and values.
