What is SOPAGA?
SOPAGA is a faith-driven, multi-vendor marketplace where you can discover and shop from Christian-owned businesses in one convenient place. Our mission is to make it easy for shoppers to support Christian entrepreneurs while purchasing quality products for everyday life.
Are all of the businesses on SOPAGA Christian-owned?
Yes. Every seller on SOPAGA agrees to our Statement of Faith and our marketplace standards before opening a store on the platform.

Why do some products have Bible verses or faith-based messaging while others don't?
SOPAGA is a marketplace of Christian-owned businesses—not just Christian-themed products.
Our sellers offer a wide variety of everyday products, including apparel, home décor, books, food, gifts, pet supplies, handmade goods, wellness products, homeschool resources, and much more. Some products openly express the Christian faith, while others are simply excellent products created by Christian business owners.
Our mission is to help shoppers support businesses whose owners seek to honor Christ through the way they conduct their business. We believe our faith should influence how we work, serve our customers, and steward what God has entrusted to us.
Every seller on SOPAGA agrees to our Statement of Faith before joining the marketplace.
Who ships my order?
Each order is fulfilled and shipped directly by the independent seller from whom you purchase. Shipping times may vary depending on the seller and the products ordered.
Can I purchase items from multiple sellers in one order?
Yes. You can add products from multiple sellers to your cart and complete checkout in a single transaction.
Because each seller fulfills and ships their own products, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are generally included in the product price unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout where required.
What is your return policy?
Return eligibility depends on the individual seller and the type of product purchased.
Please review the seller's return policy before placing your order. If you need assistance, our support team is happy to help facilitate communication between you and the seller.
Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order?
Please contact the seller first regarding questions about your order, shipping, or returns.
If you're unable to resolve the issue, contact SOPAGA Support. While sellers are responsible for fulfilling their own orders, we'll do our best to help facilitate a fair resolution.
Will my personal information be shared?
Because SOPAGA is a marketplace of independent Christian-owned businesses, your order information will be shared with the Vendor fulfilling your order.
This information is shared only as necessary to process, fulfill, ship, and support your purchase. We do not sell your personal information.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Checkout is securely processed through Shopify's trusted payment system. SOPAGA does not store your complete payment card information.
How are sellers selected?
We carefully review every seller application. To join SOPAGA, businesses must:

- Agree to our Statement of Faith.
- Meet our marketplace quality standards.
- Offer products that comply with our marketplace policies.
- Commit to providing excellent customer service.
